Throughout those programs (Concept of Educational Tech 5302 & Leading Organization Change 5304), I have intentionally polished my skills to confront obstacles with improved poise and effectiveness. The curriculum has thoroughly instructed me on the growth mindset, leadership, crucial conversation, competent management of projects and their execution, my beliefs, and my vital networking learning.
I have prioritized cultivating a growth mindset that enables me to approach challenges more confidently and effectively. Specifically, this has been immensely helpful in addressing my anxiety about teaching in a foreign country with a different educational system. Rather than feeling overwhelmed or uncertain, I can approach this situation with curiosity and openness, eager to learn from my experiences and adapt as needed.
Overall, this growth mindset has been instrumental in my ability to succeed personally and professionally, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue developing this powerful perspective.
The COVA llearning model promotes a child's independence and facilitates genuine learning in a conducive setting, similar to Maria Montessori's approach. This has helped me improve my teaching abilities with my students and also be an inspirational leader with my school colleagues. I am thrilled to apply my creative project as an assignment that will benefit my school and local community.
I want my students and school to benefit from all the knowledge and skills I acquire. Also, I continue to inspire my coworkers. Throughout my professional career, I needed clarification about taking on a leadership role. Fortunately, after completing this course, I now have access to a wealth of invaluable resources, execution strategies, and planning tools that have significantly improved the quality of my projects. Not only have I gained confidence in my abilities, but I have also been able to inspire my colleagues to invest in our collective goals.
Over time, I have observed significant enhancements in my conduct, influencing my capacity to devise innovative ideas and undertake projects. In particular, I have honed my leadership capabilities by becoming increasingly involved and comprehending important principles better. Furthermore, I have acquired valuable tactics to instill inspiration and drive among my team members.
I've enhanced my learning during this course by creating reflections in my portfolio. I've happily shared these reflections with my colleagues and feel privileged to work with such a fantastic team.
It gives me great satisfaction to express my delight in maintaining a fruitful partnership with Adriana Celis, Iliana Reyes, and Vitalia Acosta. Our collaboration dates back to the beginning of the course, and we have consistently demonstrated our ability to work seamlessly as a team. Our collective efforts have remarkable results, and I am excited to see what else we can accomplish together.
My team and I work constantly to motivate and inspire each other and innovative ideas. Despite daily challenges, they remain optimistic and encourage me to approach them similarly. I've continued to learn from them with every project and task we undertake. Our weekly meetings provide a platform for discussing assignments, and if anyone experiences a mental block, we offer alternative perspectives to develop their ideas.
I was very participative in the discussion groups; witnessing how my experiences and insights could inspire and aid others was truly fulfilling, and I appreciate the chance to contribute to our class discussions.
Reflecting on how my writing skills and cognitive abilities have developed over time, I feel a sense of pride in my progress. As a leader, student, coworker, and in my personal life, I have improved my communication abilities. I have actively participated in group course discussions and collaborative projects with my peers. I have assisted them when they require additional clarification or resources for the different assignments. I need to continue developing and applying leadership knowledge; I may continue working on my growth mindset to develop these skills.
I rate my contribution to concepts of educational tech(5302) 98/100 and to leading organization change (5304) 98/100.
