Since embracing the growth mindset, my attitude toward challenges has significantly transformed. Initially, I had a fixed mentality marred by constant comparisons and a lack of satisfaction. My entire focus was on achieving recognition and accomplishing my goals, and I didn't was interested in the learning process. However, as I faced difficulties and frustrations, my perspective shifted. I started enjoying my learning journey, appreciating all the knowledge and progress I had gained.
Moreover, my growth mindset has positively impacted my children and students. This school year, I deliberately encouraged them to adopt a growth mindset, and I have observed a significant improvement in their approach to learning. They are now motivated by their own internal drive and passion, and they no longer rely on external rewards or incentives to keep them going. It is genuinely heartening to see them grow and flourish under the influence of the growth mindset.
If someone asks me how I become a real champion, I only suggest working in your mindset.
