One of the most challenging things to teach is to keep your students inspired with a growth mindset and motivated to continue learning. When you have encouraged students, you guide and enlighten them so they understand the value and importance of moving toward the goal.
However, what is a goal without purpose? The purpose is why you would like to share with your students, partners, and everyone involved. Sinek (2010) shares in one of the conversations three simple main ideas to share and move the people forward and support your projects: why, how, and what; he called: Gold circle. "This idea describes why some organizations and some leaders can inspire where others are not." (Sinek, 2010)
"Why" is your purpose, your belief. When you believe, you may close the gap that you need to get a successful project; when you believe and share with passion, you may find people who believe that you believe.
In my project, I have a passion and a purpose beyond trying to allow my little students to develop a dual language; behind these, I want to teach that they could get voice ownership, choice, and authentic learning during their process. They can feel passionate and interested without rewards or extra motivation more than motivation to be successful in their learning process. Right, but can we do it with pre-k learners? The answer is that we can!
Share with all your vision and the heart of your initiative. I want to share with you the gold circle of my project, the heart, hands, and legs:

It is my interest to win over the heart and minds of all the involved people here (Kotter,2011), not just the little learners who will be benefited people with this project. This involves admins, coaches, parents, and coworkers; we need to start teaching our students with the proper focus on their learning and not their grades.
We need to lead, inspire and coach all students; a real leader does not take a position; a natural leader gets the ability to inspire others; we need to change the behavior of our students with an influential question that inspires them to be an owner in the learning and teachers and admins that believe the proper importance of getting them their voice and ownership. Too If we want future leaders who inspire others to overcome challenges and tests with a growing mindset, we must start transforming our mindset and changing how we lead our students.
So are you ready to "ready set e-learning"? We need you; they need you.be part of the change!
