Throughout this course, I have experienced a transformation in my Mindset from a fixed to a growth mindset. I have come to understand Mindset's significance in advancing my innovation plan. I have reflected on my knowledge by creating various posts and manifest learning. Through this, I have discovered how my previous beliefs relate to the COVA model and how I can apply it in real-life situations for my students and institution. I owe my growth and development to the tools and learning networks that have fueled and motivated me.
