Influencer strategy
Leading organization change.
Leading is challenging because it involves inspiring, illuminating understanding, and motivating towards objectives. Leaders help to effect change not by merely following orders but by acting on conviction, considering the motivations and concerns of those around them, and passionately making decisions that will bring about positive change. Please review the model I plan to use to support my innovation plan.
Influencer model
When you inspire others, their understanding is illuminated, and they become a valuable part of the team, moving towards a common goal seamlessly.
Goal
60% of PK-K classes will be working and adequately implementing a blended learning model by the end of the 2025-2026 year

Vital Behaviors

Deliberate practice
Utilizing technology as a learning tool through intentional practice is exceedingly important, as opposed to merely using it for leisure.
Master mindset
Educators must take proactive steps to enhance their mindset in order to effectively implement Blender learning in the classroom.
Instead of comparing the environment to other projects or school districts, prioritize your personal aspirations and well-being.
Redefine "your"
Encouraging and motivating team members to work towards a shared objective is a vital behavior aspect of effective leadership. Therefore, it is imperative to prioritize this aspect of leadership to guarantee your team's success on the project.
Measurement
Observation: Blended learning requires time, trial and error, observation coaching, and data analysis can help teachers improve their implementation of the model:
-
Assess whether the COVA model has been implemented in the classroom and analyze its effectiveness.
-
Observe that the learning model is student-centered.
-
Compare: Use BOY data without blended learning and compare with MOY test data.
-
Use the T-Tees evaluation instrument.
