A whirlwind of solutions

We all want to achieve our goals; the point is how we do it. I have also lived with that feeling of having a lot and doing little, feeling inefficient, tired, and with an accumulation of responsibilities on top of me. We are so overloaded that we must change certain behaviors that lead us to take practical actions to achieve our goals.

This is how 4xd is the perfect tool to focus on what is essential and immediate, develop it, measure it, and execute it to finally achieve it and move on to the following primary task. Think of it as the life cycle; you can only run if you learn to crawl first.

The 4DX is based on:

Focus on Your WIG WILDLY IMPORTANT GOAL

Don't stay in the whirlwind of ideas; start selecting from the most immediate and necessary to the largest. Create small goals that meet your larger objective.

Measure Lead Behaviors: When moving towards our goals from point A to point B, it's essential to identify the right level of action. Lag Measures refer to the results, while Lead Measures are the actions most impacting our goals.

Pup up a scoreboard: People like to see the objective visually and the achievements that we have accumulated. Create a simple and quick-to-read scoreboard with small actions and behaviors that help you monitor your achievement—visual self-motivation to achieve your goal and not give up.

Schedule weekly accountability talks: Weekly feedback, how is your goal going, how many weekly actions are you achieving? Is growing? What can you do better?
