One of the most challenging things is to make your team, driver, and people you want to support you, whether by strategy, intelligence, wisdom, or feelings, believe in your leadership.
Leading is a complex role. There are many people who "lead," but there are few who inspire you. Inspire: We erroneously believe that it is equivalent to motivation; to inspire is to awaken, encourage, and give birth to a new idea in a person. I want an example of doing or believing in something.
When you inspire, you enlighten someone's understanding and make them move towards a goal, even when their mental barriers or beliefs make them want to do the opposite; even in moments of fear and doubt, inspiration pushes them to make decisions and actions by FAITH and with the heart. Believing with all your understanding that it will work and good things will come from it.
We can show business projects to some people. Perhaps they will think, "Okay," "What a good idea," "Maybe for the next one," but it is about inspiring others to believe in the project and the benefit that it will bring and believe that there was a change/ improvement/ benefit inspiring.
So be clear with what is your why? What is this target purpose? Because we all need a real sense, something that doesn't matter what keeps us working hard, believing, and inspiring others.
