It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit - Harry S. Truman

We are almost at the end of this course. I see how far we are from the beginning during the classes, But it was a challenging race. Those are some of our most challenging courses. It's also because we are at our last breath.

I have discovered that classes have helped me do things I never thought I could do before and reminded me of something I had forgotten. I enjoy it because it allows me to remember my goal and innovative proposal, inspiring others. Writing my publication outline was a productive experience. Even for this course, I feel more engaged as I love to write. Through this process, I have discovered I have much to share with others. Furthermore, I have reflected on my learning process and realized that there is much more to learn.

Writing is my favorite hobby, and the task of writing a publication draft has inspired me to share my knowledge with others. This activity has also helped me to connect and find my proposal during my action research design outline. I connected two courses with a common goal but different purposes, which showed me how the learning process can spark different points of view and bring ideas together.

The discussion posts were the most valuable aspect of my courses. Participating in each discussion was extremely useful for me. In particular, my peers and the best team were my cornerstones, especially regarding assignments such as literature reviews and publication drafts. The discussions were interesting as they provided essential resources for my media project and final publication. Thanks to these assignments, my next professional goal is to pursue a post on writing for teachers' blogs.

Collaboration is a crucial element for the success of any project, and the media project we worked on was no exception. During the planning phase, we realized that each of us possessed valuable knowledge and experience that could be shared with other teachers. Therefore, we decided to create a series of mini-podcasts titled "Ready, Set, e-Tips" to assist fellow teachers in learning about blended learning and its applications in various scenarios. These podcasts were based on our expertise and experiences.

The construction of this "media project" shows how much we are growing in our leadership skills and also how much we are growing as a team and as teachers. I am pleased to share this experience and growth with my peers, Adriana Celis and Iliana Reyes. This team has genuinely illustrated the famous quote by Harry S. Truman, ''It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.''.

Undertaking action research plan has been a challenging process; honestly, it has been challenging. This process has required me to focus on my student's needs and my teaching skills and actions to enhance my professional development. It can be quite confronting during the research outline, even when I clearly understand my purpose. Connecting with the essential question can be difficult but necessary for a successful investigation. However, the literature review was immensely helpful in developing my measurement strategy and connecting both courses for a single proposal.

During this classes, I actively participated by reading, commenting, and watching videos to help my community grow. This experience has also helped me grow; I rate my contribution to Resources Digital Environments 5317 99/100 and to Assess Digital Learning InstructIon 5315

98/100.
