Robinson, 2010) 'We do not need an evolution in education; we need a revolution to transform the educational system". One of the biggest challenges in education is innovation. We must find ways to make education more accessible, avoiding common sense.
Enhancing our sense and intelligence capacity through common sense is impossible. We must break away from the idea that education is a linear process that applies to everyone similarly. Instead, education should be more personalized and experimental, allowing individuals to develop their intelligence and sense capacity.
Human beings need something to become passionate about learning; people quickly learn and engage with things when They are passionate. Like the natural resources, the system is overspending our student's intelligence and passion, trying to sharpen them in just one way.
As a PreK teacher, it can be challenging to navigate the educational system while focusing on sharp behavior, abilities, and choices. We must be more intentional in fostering creativity and different revolutionary learning styles. It can feel like a personal battle at times. I advocate for the Maria Montessori model, which encourages creativity and free choice in the learning process.
The suggested videos are instrumental in aiding me to continue challenging my students' mindset and encouraging them to believe in the possibility of a positive change in our educational system. By empowering children to take control of their learning in a suitable environment, the videos influence me to motivate my colleagues and partners to join the revolution.
