Action Research

The beginning of this course, caught my attention due to the numerous benefits it offers when working with students of any grade or topic on a blended learning enviroment. I experimented with a blended learning environment inappropriately, however I could see how it improved my students' academic results. This experience prompted me to investigate and better understand how to plan and implement a blended learning environment.

 

According to (Mertler, 2020), Action research is a process that enhances education through personal investigation. It encourages collaboration among educators to improve teaching methods and overall quality.

 

I reviewed gaps in second language acquisition of early-age students, specifically in English. To address this, I proposed creating student-centered learning environments with blended learning to improve English proficiency.
